250R sectional pipe

Do any of you, longer in the tooth, gentlemen recognize this pipe, and maybe ID the manufacturer. Its definitely older but I am just curious if its a good make from back in the day or just some no name to stay away from?

Use to be my pipe. Its a Jemco. Its even stamped in small letters on the side

Thank you everyone for the comments and help trying to identify! Dbishop311, thank you as well for chiming in! I was interested in the pipe but then i saw local pipe up only, with me being in illinois it takes the hope out of it.
