I have searched a bit on here without success. Looking to build a hitch mounted bead breaker or maybe an on the floor bead breaker. Cant find the hitch mounted picture someone here made and maybe i should make an on the floor breaker for an occasional automotive tire change. Anyone have a good design in mind or picture? Thanks, raining today, booo!

I googled some images and found a different than i had seen hitch mounted breaker. I cant remember how to link. Basically lay tire on the ground and use vehicle weight to bust bead.
I will check out youtube, i like it there, lol. I really need to learn more about links and posting pics because i have a lot to share. Im all the time building things out of metal to keep myself in check. So learning or relearning computer stuff isnt a priority at all.

Check out the No Mar site. I don't know if they make ATV units, (edit, yes they do, look at the Cycle Hill unit) but you may get some ideas. They are the Cadillac of DIY motorcycle tire changers, you may get some good ideas from them.

We have used the harbor freight bead beaker it works ok unless you try to dismount oem big red tires. It will bend

I use the Bead buster pictured above as well. It works great and has never given me issues in removing 10+ rotten tires that were rusted solid. I'd highly recommend ponying up the cash and saving the effort.

They sell a spacer for 7″ and 8″ wheels. I bought one, but have not tried it yet.

Liking this one with more handle adjustments and an upsidedown cone shape bottom to center and hold the wheel without bolts. Just thinkin.

Those are cool and fit in a toolbox! 10 " rims or less are the rims i most likley will need this for. I am a little stubborn about buying something i can make. Made these for washing parts and soaking chains recentley.247415 Plan A was a bust so i love it when a plan comes together!

247425 This one is awesome, very adjustable and more simplistic than the one i found above. Maybe i finally found a good use for those old soloflex parts, hmmmm. Now the wheels are starting to turn.
