250r rear axle

hi i`ve just bought an 85 250r my question is will the rear axle off a 400ex quad fit on my trike, i`ve seen one for sale also a rear swingarm.
sorry if this is a dumb quesion. :oops:
can anyone tell me quick before its sold.

not sure about the axle, is the old one bent?

Looks like a nice bike, saw it on ebay. It was only about 5-10 miles from my house so nearly went to have a look.

no the axles not bent, theres an unused new 400ex axle on ebay for 20 quid, so i just thought if it was the same i would be bidding for it.
the 250r is going to be a good project, let me know if you hear of any parts.
