Will an 1984 atc 250R front hub work or fit a 1986 250R ? Any help or Insight would greatly be appreciated

No it will not. I traded for an 85 that had an 84 hub on it. The spacers and wheel bolt pattern are different and the brake rotor is way off. 85-86 250r hub only on the 3rd gen R. The 350x looks similar, but is wider and will cause rotor alignment problems.

What about an 200X hub will any of them work on a 85/86 250r?

What about an 200X hub will any of them work on a 85/86 250r?Bolt on, no, if you made your own spacers to correct the rotor alignment, maybe? Find the correct hub and bolt it on.

I paid $40 shipped for a nice one for my 86 just a few months ago on FleaBay

Get the right gen part like BKM said
