Hi,

I'm just starting to fix our new/old KLT110. The clutch is slipping and I want to remove the clutch to see the plates (and maybe replace them) That question will come later )

I've removed the cover and lever, now I'm at the centre bold. Does it turn clockwise or counter clockwise to open?

Is it supposed to be so tight? I put a screwdriver trough the starterpully on the other side to stop if from turning. Anybody any ideas?

Thanks in advance.

Welcome to the 3WW. I read your other post and have one piece of advice. A shop manual or a PDF you can download instantly will be priceless in fixing your KLT properly.

Since parts are scarce don't risk breaking something just because you do not know how to disassemble properly.

This person would probably ship to Netherlands

Good luck fixing up your kawasaki

Hi, Thanks for the link. I already orderd one but it takes 8-10 days to arrive in the Neherlands. :(

I'm a little restless.... Y're right, I don't wanna be breaking some things that are not available anymore. I really like the trike, altough it's for my boys the only one who wanted it badly was their father....
