1983 Honda ATC 110 - High Compression Piston?

I recently picked up a really clean 1-owner 1983 ATC 110. I would like to give the motor a little more power. I see a lot of forums about installing an aftermarket cam and I see places with cams for sale. But, I also see mentions of high compression pistons but I cannot find anywhere that is selling high compression pistons.

Does anyone sell a high compression piston for the 110?

By the way, nice stock trike. If you plan on modifying for more speed did you plan on switching out your exhaust? Upgrading or rejetting your carb? Depends on how far you want to take your mods and how much you're willing to spend. It won't be cheap.
