what do you mean it cuts out? do you meen it boggs down because of a lack of power or does the engine literaly die from feul starvation? if its bogging down its just because its a 200x they are not power houses so dont expect to much hill climbing power from them :D

My 200 did the same thing...it bogs down when you are opening the throttle wide open because the fact you are going up a hill, this means that it is getting too much gas or not enough.Whats your plug look like?It probley has to be rejetted or the slide has to be lowered or raised depending on how much gas it is getting.

the bike definatly does not lack power at all its got plenty of balls because its been bored 60 over. it just cuts out at the top of the hill it doesn't die it just (coughs) a little bit i think maybe it may need jetted but im not completely sure

ok..... lol another one of those "my bike is bored XXX amount over and it is so power ful :D

any way now that i think about it i think your problem may be feul startvation due to improper float bowl adjustment when u are clibing the hill the gas goes to the back end of the float bowl and the carb isnt able to sucj it up because there isnt enouph in there.

also... boring your machine over isnt going to give you a huge amount of a power increase.... you have to remember that .60 over is only 60 thousanths of an inch. they only reason it may seem alot more powerful is because the engine was tired before you rebuilt it and now it has the proper compression it should so it runs the way it is suposed to.
