Let's talk drive chains. Is there a certain brand that you prefer or swear by? Oring or non?

O-ring or X-ring name brand.
I like the DID. I just put gold DID 520VX2 on my WR450 conversion.
I think the chain on my Tecate is a DID as well but me memory is failing me.
I have "Primary Drive" brand chains from Rocky Mountain ATV on my 350X and 250R. They are holding up well.
I don't race so I don't care about the slight power loss associated with O-ring/X-ring chains.
If I did, I'd probably use a DID non-ring.
I've heard bad things about the colored eBay chains but have no first hand experience.
I'd have no problem running EK, RK, or Regina chains but I'm stuck on the DID lately and have no complaints about the Primary Drive brand.
I ride 99% sand and never lube the chain to minimize dirt attraction.
I do wipe down with WD 40 on a rag after a wash.

I also prefer DID myself. I'm glad to hear that Primary Drive is good. I think you'll be fine as long as you stick with a larger brand name. Like jb2wheels said, you can't really go wrong with EK, RK, or Regina either.
