Never understood hacking up a three wheeler to make a dirt bike. They made/make MILLIONS of dirt bikes.
It’s like saying “Hey look!! I took my gold medal and had it bronze plated. Ain’t I awesome?”
Far be it for me to tell another man what to do with his own property, you can whoop it with a hammer if it gets you off but IMO.....what a waste.

He probably has the bigest 3wheelers collection in France and perhaps in Europe; 50 or more according to him and he has some rare models.
But from what I've seen some (most?) of his 3wheelers are not in a very good shape and his fabrications are not very well finished.

I'd have to say that there was a perfectly good waste of some really cool 3 wheelers. I'm a Yamaha guy and that's shameful what was done to the Z but just as bad as that the 87 Tecate 3... Really!! There might be fewer of those around than the Tri-Z. What a fool!

It's possible dirt bike guys say the same thing about chopping up dirt bikes to make 3 wheelers

Well, I'm tell ya what brotha, a late 30's through mid 40's H-D Knuck wasn't much more than a dirtbike, when some idiot takes one of those and builds a trike from it I'll agree but as for modern dirtbikes, they're so plentiful it's almost like they grow on trees. It's hard to find a nice trike so If you can take one of the millions of common dirtbikes and build one. The bike itself just got a huge bump in character. But that's my opinion.
