Want to share our latest build.....1980 Honda ATC 110 Custom Pauter "Junk Yard Dog"
We are calling it the "Junk Yard Dog" because it is put together from spare part around the shop. Tried to keep it as Old School Period Correct and indicative of what you would have seen back in the late 70's early 80's burning up the Dunes at Glamas or Pismo. It's not a show bike by any means but was built to ride and enjoy.

The Motor has a semi mild build for reliability and rideability.
It has bolt on mods that include a Bassani Pipe, SUDCO intake manifold and Mikuni 22mm carb with Uni Filter. Also to help it pull a little better is a BAPP Streaker 1 Roller cam. Polished clutch case and chrome pull start cover with BAPP pull start handle.

Other Mods include the Pauter Frame, a rare POSA ATC rear rack with Dune Blue lens, BAPP axle boots, Dick Cepek front light, Roller chain tensioner, Grab On Grips with a three quarter pull twist trottle, aftermarket rear sprocket, Competition Cut Goodyear Rawhides on the rear and Goodyear Compas on front all on Aluminum wheels.
I did the Custom Paint for this bike and the seat cover is custom made to be high rise and Mole Hair.

Were those Rawhides grooved by Daryl Smith sand tires ? .........i have a pair just like them on my 250R .......

Glamy they may very well have been. They came on a project we got from SoCal a while back and are well groved. I love the comp cut rawhides. They are so light. When you pick them up it feels like just the wheel. I always joke, they have so much rubber removed it will barely hold air. lol

Joe
What size sprocket you running? Are you running a mild stroker or just big bore?

49 Tooth IIRC. Motor is stock except a BAPP Streaker 1 Cam. It was a very low hour almost NOS motor a friend pulled from his new bike years ago.
