Hello,
I recently changed out my one way bearing with my clutch on my big red. I figured since i was in there, I would replace the clutch pack. I followed my manual making sure the washers were all put back in the correct place etc.
Now when i shift it into gear, it jumps forward and wants to go. I tried adjusting the play (increase decrease). I have taken it apart 3 times and i get the same results. Starts right up, when i shift it into gear, it jumps forward and wants to start moving. Im at a loss. Any help would be great. Thanks!

You put the one way bearing in backwards .
Easy way to tell if it’s correct is you push the Atv forward in gear not running does it turn the motor over piston included ? And when you push it backwards in gear does it roll freely ? If opposite then it’s installed backwards .
The China aftermarket bearings are often marked incorrectly .

Thx for the reply! When I shift it into first, it rolls forward, you can hear the drivetrain slowing turning. but I can't push it backwards in first, it won't move.

All fixed! Thanks for your help. The China one way bearing was stamped on the wrong side!
