1973 chrome atc70

Picked this up yesterday. Fully chromed and polished atc70. Now with it already being far from factory would it hurt the value to install a modern 110 motor in it and set aside the polished Honda motor?

If it were me I would just install a 88cc big bore cylinder and if you want even a little more power get the high flow cylinder head with performance cam .

Interesting scheme? I could see it with some shiny black fenders to break up the chrome somewhat, what is your plan cosmetically?

Thinking of painting plastics black since i already have to plastic weld the right side and at one point they where painted blue
