I was contacted by a forum member last week asking if I made delrin bushings for the suspension arms of a first gen Tecate. I hadn't until last night.

I had a rare night off work and made up a set of bushings for the rocker arm and suspension link. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20191107/f50ef7f59c92718474e35aa3566a39f6.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20191107/074f015b2b13b7d12493100dbfc88e92.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20191107/2d8cd97dfac049a6e38f179a648be027.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20191107/57bed2d4985eb02321f2025b60185efc.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20191107/2da1aacc3ad3a7b13c8e284978f6cee3.jpg

Any plans for making them for the 2nd generation?

Any plans for making them for the 2nd generation?I would think they'd be the same or am I wrong?

Looking at partzilla, they're totally different. I could make a set if I had the parts to copy off of. I think the rocker takes the same bushings as the swingarm? But I'd like to measure to be sure.

You're never going to be able to split your sbf in half if you keep messing with Tecates on your days off

Do these bushings require the removal of the needle bearings in the swing arm and rocker, and spherical bushings in the dog bone?

Do these bushings require the removal of the needle bearings in the swing arm and rocker, and spherical bushings in the dog bone?Yes, all bearings were removed when I received the parts.
