Got someone needing a new cylinder for a 1982 ATC200S, is there any new cheaper cylinder kits made like the do for The other ATVs?. New aftermarket Chinese cylinder?. I know they make them for the Rancher and recons etc..

Their was a 180cc kit available a couple years ago that worked great . I bought about 6 kits , the seller sold out and that was it !
Your cheapest option is to just over bore with your old cylinder .

I have been eyeballing the heck out of some on EBay. A lot sold but no feedback on if they actually fit what they claim. https://www.ebay.com/itm/Cylinder-Kit-for-Honda-250CM3-ATC200-ARC-XL200-250cc-Piston-65-5mm-Rings-Gaskets/191596280447?hash=item2c9c073a7f:g:sFcAAOSwGtRXyGj u:sc:USPSPriorityFlatRateBox!72058!US!-1
What's immediately noticeable is they have and external cam chain adjuster port. If a manual adjuster would fit there, shoot yeah, otherwise it'd need plugged off.
The other thing is they look like the first gen 200X cylinder, with the larger fins.
They also claim 65.5mm is 223CM3.
Who's going to be the guinea pig?

I'm thinking of just re- sleeving the cylinder... I heard if I put the cylinder in the oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes .. the sleeve will be easy to remove
