Pilot screw o-ring?

Is there supposed to be an o-ring between the spring and carb on the pilot screw? Working on a 1984 honda atc 110. I saw one in the kit....i used it on the bowl drain screw.

Chop I believe on the 110 the oring goes on the bowl drain plug and not the mixture screw.
