Wanting some advice, 2 people, love bbq and vegetables. Gas or electric, ect.. Been watching the tv show occasionally where guy goes around country smoking and eating food, can't take it anymore, sick of junkfoood and other expensive garbage. How do they work in winter months? Tired of buying craps products. Willing to spend for quality.

I have a Z grill pellet smoker. Love it! Have done ribs 5 hrs, 5 pound pork loin 3.5 hrs, a brisket yesterday 10 pounds 9 hrs. Ours is electric, warm it up let it get to temp and it holds pretty true to its setting

Famous American bbq in Indiana stopped, o about a 6 years ago and I have been severely injured from lack of QL sauce. Heartbroken still.
