I tried the cheap Chinese one but the reach is too far for small hands. Anyone found a similar alternative to oem?

I've seen people attach a tab (aluminum flat bar) on the end to extend the reach a bit and gain leverage. Might work for you and you won't mind messing with the knock off assembly.
