I had 2 atc70s sitting in the shed for years, both run, new fiberglass fenders, basic old complete trikes. Ive always liked the CT70s, i sold my 76 z50 and decided to see if there was any interest in the atc70, so I advertised either 70s for a ct70. I got a call and we made the trade. ive ended up with a sapphire blue 71 original paint and runs!
I decided might as well make it official and got a bonded title, so its officially mine.
Now to decide weather to trade it or keep it. jim

Nice find Jim, Thor are hard to find for a decent price in good condition. Around here in Iowa they are hot right now. I think some of the demand is having it for a campground bike.

I've had 2 Hondas and a chinese clone but this one is titled and runs great. jim

Those are kind of the quintessential RV accessory. Certainly could haul one on the front of a pickup with a front hitch if the rear was taken up by something else.

Easy to steal though, as in, it needs to be locked to something so it doesn't just roll off when unattended. Maybe locked to a large, three leg, one eyed dog with a hair lip a shiny teeth.

I think it's a fair trade and a good one at that. That looks to be in incredible condition too! The z50's, CT70's and ATC 70's are catching primo money at the moment in the US and Canada, if you have one of each, you win!

just got back from picking up the bonded title, plate, and ohv sticker. So its officially mine.
The 70, bought it as a basket case in 2005, took 2 months to put it back together. been upgrading it a little at a time. its now at 454 muncie m20 4 speed, 3.31 12 bolt posi, bucket seats, console, cowl induction hood. The whole ss clone thing. We also have a 66 chevelle 350 with a 142 blower, M20 4 speed, 3.55 12 bolt posi, buckets etc. And the camaro, 454 th400 3.07 12 bolt. jim

kids went camping out in the desert this weekend so I loaded up the 185s and the trail 70. aside from the leaky rear tube which if full of slime now, the bike had zero issues. I think I put around 10 miles on it (the speedo works, with 2078 miles on the odometer). It was a blast, out riding a 50 year old minibike and a 40 year old trike with the grandkids. Fun to hear someone out there commenting on seeing a three wheeler being ridden. Kids ride newer quads and grandpops always rides the vintage toys. jim

Sweet! I almost got one of those back in '02 but the guy decided $500 sounded better as $2000 so i walked away.

well after 5 years ended up with a 2nd ct70.
this is the ad I saw on craigslist. runs good, complete got it for 1400 bucks. not the greatest deal but a fair deal i think. every other ct70 I see locally or close on Facebook or cl is closer to 2k or higher if they even run. jim
