My 1983 185s is having trouble starting. I pull the rope and I can hear it wanting to start but doesn't. Any advice?

Yes, it has sat for a while. I think I know the problem though. When cleaning the carb, the 2 adjustment screws were so gummed up, I could not see how far from being tightened they were. So, if you know what the adjustment are, please reply

So, if you know what the adjustment are, please replyYou should be able to find a manual online that will tell you all that info that really needs to be dialed in right or you could end up to lean and burn up your rings if you search on here you can find alot of info on ot also
