Does anyone know where I can buy 1983 185s fork boots that are accurate and not super expensive.

There are lots of fork boots on eBay right now.

The Polisport boots are some of the higher quality ones at a budget price.

Those are a little too long and the top portion will flip up, over the clamp. They're good boots though, good material, and already have some vent holes in them.

The other budget priced boots, like these: https://www.ebay.com/itm/30mm-7-7-Fork-Boots-Gators-Forks-For-1980-86-Honda-ATC250R-ATC185-ATC-200-200S/333687994530?fits=Model%3AATC200S&_trkparms=ispr%3D1&hash=item4db15ab8a2:g:-boAAOSw~ANfN69x&amdata=enc%3AAQAFAAACcBaobrjLl8XobRIiIML1V4Imu%252 Fn%252BzU5L90Z278x5ickkCrLl8erj3ATP5raQxjc%252F%25 2B61rcNs3vorEQKzkmFWhHNRiYnPN%252FdtZkF%252FoRN89j bnuGyC02lZNSfLpHpxAs1W%252FKiprgfTbKdiE76Af44FpQn6 QJQa9dbhdWSgqsqAHjkjsnFyUBMbsYPzry171ztQ4IBjAk8W8Z 3ViLGZj9GfHKULAFiKn6M%252B1GLBZKJdA2T4xzokLrzjF2t3 7IIYpRBoh5lKFevtLCeI6CGD8TjR67duBC%252BZi0Uszj0Z%2 52F9SFZP3C5GRIgOE069LJSMjLGU9fBxIPjYN42fRUFSK3LGEZ uFk0Jwo03yLIGPY155kADN5HfoyVDCM6DSsT5pR6%252FVppk7 WqfFeBfvAq3aqt4Ywv%252Fr567CxtJAhXIVGgxx1Uz%252BZb r5PtdqlKWXJPoQ6fzEJmAA%252BXE2imlNG%252BFu15K4BMFq 5l1fFVx6sZ%252Fxr2j2nFR5lo1KLrQekNzivBdAg2PftJsfgk H1du0s3b00GGSQUD9I308RWcWHmTkz1ODJ8vJG8DCBPRuU%252 FbLz5o63Qln7WgMMT67kXjb%252Fa60brJsCRQinjjJ1Ggu1QJ Z3%252B%252FEdX6L9att8HoHFTJJC4rIo8p6SX%252F7vxmLp kWLLwgaMFZLAslGKcjE7vGqG6bGdmM7FH64qj%252FRI36%252 FG4VtAua4RHpG58%252F1IrlR1RBorq1Html733uHas%252BLz 9KaNwPjjZaOInS%252FfIiGHsBeukfTVvo0uGyoteGIHmA5H%2 52FxCcQOSQQ85EEfID40HoP58frMwpIyisJEyamaROjGsu90xN xKy%252FsPkLJT7ag%253D%253D%7Ccksum%3A333687994530 c64458c80b654b559a21de11886e3b64%7Campid%3APL_CLK% 7Cclp%3A2334524

Those don't take long to start coming apart, especially if fork oil gets on them. They also don't have any vents, which they'll need. Here's a link to the thread where I demonstrate a way to do that: http://www.3wheelerworld.com/showthread.php/190359-ATC200S-Fork-Boots

Those are pretty much the two choices you have for low priced fork boots. Those last ones, where I show how to put vent in, are probably on Ebay from multiple sellers, but are all the same item.

DrAtv sells Honda boots. Not the ATC specific ones, and they are a little bunched up like the Polisport ones will be, but they are Honda brand (not cheap).

Pick your poison. The small sizing of the fork tube, combined with the large top of the fork leg and short travel, make finding quality aftermarket boots that fit like OEM, problematic. The cheap Chinese ones will hold up OK IF you replace the seals and wipers before putting them on, to keep any fork oil off of them.
