That quad has a fan cooled engine and a PTO. The mower behind it is driven from the PTO. A pretty cool machine and probably the only PTO quad ever made.

I seen one of these still being used not to far from me, the guy has a mower deck and a roto-tiller attachment. I never owned on but they sure look neat only drawback was 2X4.
