Anyone know what year and model trike this rack is for?

This rack is mounted on a 200s I bought. It is clearly for a larger trike. My first thought is a Big Red but the flat bar across it https://ibb.co/jT1NxSxis throwing me off. I want to list it for sale, but want to identify it first

Pretty sure its from a Big Red. I'm guessing an 83' ? The flat bar was likely welded on by an owner to provide a place to mount a winch.
