1981 Honda 185s

Okay so i just picked up this 1981 ATC 185s the guy told me he had it started after cleaning carb but ran like crap so he changed the float an it wouldnt start i set carb the right way then. Went to start it an realized it has very little compression an no start but the compression release switch wont stay in on position like theres nothing holding it back please help things driving me nuts

Seems like a gasket problem or something to do with the spark plug treads. If anyone sees this and know where to find 185s gaskets lmk been looking everywhere for a set of head gaskets but can’t find them. Let me know thanks in advance.!

Hey, i found them on amazon pretty easily. literally just typed in honda 185s head gasket and it popped up for a 1980-83 185 and 185s. I don't know if I am allowed to post the link but here is a screenshot.
