wheel tire package?

is there a company that sells a wheel tire package ? my 85 250r came with steel 8 inch wheels in back. I'd like a aluminum rim and new tires. Can they be ordered from a company already mounted and delivered? I can install tires on wheels easy enough with 2 screw drivers, but sometimes you get a better package deal. jim
