85 350x rear foot brake pedal is loose and side floppy, looks like a bushing is worn out but I cannot find one on eBay or other oem parts places online. Is this wear part not replaceable? If so any part number help is appreciated.

its not just the peddle. The foot peg post wears also since its steel on steel. JRtrikesports makes new plugs you can weld in. You must remove the old from the backside and pull out. Any welding shop can do it if you cant figure it out. As far at the pedal, take it to a machine shop and have them cut the end of, make a new sleeve with bronze bushing. And weld it all back on. You will not find replacement. You must make you own stuff at this point. If that's too hard order a custom made new one from mike at HREatv.com It's gonna take a bit however. Hes just one guy there. I'll be there later today working on my stuff.
I led you to the water...now go drink.

I replaced a few of those "shafts" in the past. Just made them up on my lathe, chopped, drilled, ground out the old one and welded in the new one. But, then you'll need a good tight pedal, or you can chop the pivot portion off and weld on a new one as well. I had the dust seals made for these a few years ago but sold 200 of them quickly, I will be ordering more. I know there's not much you can do when things wear out, but I am always pulling parts off and greasing them because I can't stand sloppy controls. Water is a big enemy, as well as running things dry...

My last brake pedal i bought oil lite bronze bushings from McMcaster carr and had turned down and bit to fit a new pedal. I added a grease fitting. Sadly the world of ATVS is not just buy new part to fix issue anymore. Everything 50-30 years old now. Toys are a hands on mechanical aptitude sport now days. Unless you steal them and ride them on one wheel and sell them in 1 day because it just needs a pistons.
