Thumb throttle

The Manco three wheeler I just found is missing the throttle control from the handlebars. Who offers a complete replacement?

Probably the best you're gonna do unless you can adapt one from a more popular machine, atv or dirt bike........

Those trikes pretty much used parts bins components from wherever and whatever was the least expensive. Basically nothing besides the frame and fenders (if even those) were made by them.

When you're looking for parts, you got to look in odd places, like go kart/mini bike stuff, and it seems the throttle they used was possibly sourced from snow mobiles and similar ones can be found on vintage personal watercraft (JetSkis).

The way they came on the Manco is a trigger throttle. That is, the lever goes in front of the bar on the right side.

Basic trigger throttles can be bought but they won't look like the original plastic hookus. They're more like a short version of a BMX brake lever.

All kinds of throttles will work but the carb throttle travel on those engines is short and something like a modern ATV thumb or motorcycle twist throttle may feel a bit goofy. Those carbs have a butterfly. They're not a slide carb which needs more cable pull. No different from modern mini bikes and people used modern throttles on those so it may work out, I don't know, never tried it.
