ATC 200x fiberglass fenders

Hey guys I'm new around these parts and have some questions on these fenders that were sold to me as 85 fenders when in fact they're 86/87. They're fiberglass and for the life of me I can't find the manufacturer of them as I'm trying to sell them. They have all the characteristics of Maier plastics but I don't think Maier ever made fiberglass fenders sets.

Probably home made , there was a guy probably 15 plus years ago repoping Atc fenders after his job got slow , this was around 2006 . I bought several sets all factory quality . I believe his name was Josh .
Try doing a search on this site I believe he was a member here as well .
