Start but won’t run

This video shows what happens when it’s starts I went through and cleaned the carb but still runs like trailprotrailprotrailprotrailpro and has a high idle and after it starts it usually take like 5-10 more kicks to start again and the pipe gets hot really fast after only running for a couple seconds like two or three times lmk what y’all think and if the video works

The high idle and the exhaust that gets hot really quickly make me think that it may be running lean. It also sounds like it may be a little on the rattly side so it wouldn't hurt to check valve clearances.

Okay I’ll look at the valves and mess with the mixture screw
