185s clutch ?

I broke my pull rope while out riding and when I went to push start it the clutch doesn't lock up and turn the motor over. Any ideas on what is wrong or how to fix.

Time for new clutches , probably both of them and the one way clutch bearing .

Is the one way clutch bearing on the centrifugal clutch ?
