Pull start rope options..

What’s the best rope to use for recoil rope? I found a part number for the rope on you tube, but man I can’t seem to locate one in stock. I figured I’d use aftermarket, so IF you were going to replace the pull rope on your Honda 200, which after market rope would you choose? I’m thinking it’s 1/4 inch rope by about 55” long correct?

You can go to the hardware store and pick up some nylon 1/4" rope. Be sure it is nylon or it'll break a lot.

Right on, thanks! I’m going to need some parts as well, right and left handbrake levers, front fender, I think that’s it for. Ow, maybe some axle bearings. I have some movement when I rock the bike back and forth on the chain side.

I got my rope today and plan on installing it shortly. I ended up getting 74” of #7 nylon rope.
