83 200e push start issue ... Help

Fuses are good,lights and kill switch work,starter is good,new solenoid. Electric start will work if I jump.p the solenoid. I can't figure out why the push button won't work,and this is a different/used button I bought on eBay so I've tried two different buttons. Anyone know how I access the neutral sensor to check that ???

Is the green light coming on the dash , making sure it’s in neutral .
OEM CDI box or aftermarket ?

My bike doesn't have a the light,not sure if it's just missing or didn't have one to begin with.

The cdi is OEM,I didn't replace that.
