Ran a few years back, needs tires, battery, and serviced

If I was closer. Looks complete to me, even has the rear rack and suitcase, and key in the ignition. Manual clutch, 250 engine, in a utility trike. Never rode one but wouldn't be surprised if it'll spank other utility trikes in a straight, or I could just be dreaming because I think they're a cool trike, have cool features. I keep an eye out for these and they don't show up very often, in the condition this one looks, and for the price. Of course, I haven't talked to the seller and don't know more than what I'm going by in the pictures.
