85 Big Red started losing electrical power. Turn key on, neutral light comes on, press the starter button there's a small click then the light goes out. Same thing happens when turning the lights on. Leaving key on the neutral light will come back on after a minute or 2. Battery terminals are clean, battery voltage stays at 12.7 even when the power loss occurs. The connector behind the left side panel coming from the 20amp main fuse to the wiring harness near the starter solenoid was corroded. I cut the bad out, didn't help. Tried running a jumper wire around the fuse holder to eliminate the possibility of a bad connection in the fuse holder, no go. The lower white round connector behind the left side panel has a red wire in it that's hot all the time, it does not lose power. What should I be checking next? Any other exposed connectors that are likely corroded?

Fixed! Was just a poor negative battery cable connection at the battery.
