1985 Big Red 250 ES Swing Arm Bearings

In the process of replacing swing arm bearings in my 85 Big Red. The left side bearing inner race was stuck onto the pin and had to be cut off. Right side inner race fell off without any effort. New bearing falls right over the pin and isn't tight to the pin. Assuming I should look for another pin, as this one must be worn somewhat. Doesn't appear to be out of round or gouged, but I assume that bearing should fit press fit onto both pins?

I found some NOS pins, I will put it back together with new pins. Also found the seals on the rear diff are leaking, going to replace those. Thinking I should do the wheel bearings and seals now too. Any recommendation on what parts to use? All Balls? OEM Honda?
