nope, the 200e is electric start and the 200s is not.

well i know the 200e has electric start.. but would i be able to hook up atleast the stator from the 200e onto the 200s wiring harness and get

I am pretty sure the connectors are different going to the stator. I personally wouldn't even try to make it work.
