200X difficult starting...

Just got a 200X and i haven't had a kick start bike in about 15years. It runs good as i test rode it but damn sure can seem to start it on my own. Any suggestions as to which spark plug works well with it and any pointers would be appreciated. Thanks...

when I first
got my 200x I tried and tied to start that thing but now that I'm used to it I can start it easily. Just keep kicking, you'll get it sometime. ;)

I have a 200x myself that I am having problems with the starting. I can start it with someone pulling me but the kickstarter wont do it. The if you are getting good spark then you probly need to adjust the carb but if not much spark it could be a bad stator, ignition box (CDI), coil or a number of other things. keep it posted on how things are going good luck :?
