ok guys im stumped and my uncle hes a mechanic hes stumped to. ok here it gos about may of 2003 i was riding my 200s it just stoped so i check the fire and it didnt have enuff so i turned the screws on the carb a lil and it would run so i figured i would ride it till i get a new coil. so any way i put the new coil on and it wouldnt run i turned the carb screws back to the origanly places and it started but was idaling high and road it awhile and no matter what i did the idal would not go down so i said screw and just road it and then around the end of the summer it started fauling plugs so i took the carb off me and my uncle looked at it cleaned it and it looked good now it will not run no matter what we do the float blowl filles up but the plugs r dry i cant figure it out can some one help im a poor whait trash teen ager in need help me plz

Make sure that you put the throttle slide back in properly, that happened to my 200 and the plugs were lean when I took them out and it idled high.

hey yeah i did i lined it up with the trottle stop screw and the littly thing sticking out the other side im just thinking the carb looks good ive cleaned top to bottom more then 5 times lol but the plugs arent getting a drip of gas and the float bowl is filling up so i dount know

hmm check for a intake leak, last 2 bikes i had had a intake leak ... that would explain it reving high.

Since it is running lean then you should try lowering the clip so it gets more gas.

hmm i did that before it stop running but maybe it will make it run now i dont know

is your gas good?try checking your fuel line and make sure that it is not clogged and try checking your petcock because it might have dirt inside blocking that carb from getting enough gas...

Try to spray WD-40 from an aersol can or starting fluid from the backside (Airfilter Side) of the carb to see if it fires up on that. If it does you are not getting fuel through the carb. If you are sure there is fuel in the bowl of the carb then it has to be a plugged passage inside the carb itself. To clean this out I usually take a small piece of wire to run through all of them and follow up with carb cleaner.
Let us know what the results are from the starting fluid method so we can head you down the next path.

ill try that proble be a day or 2 before i can get around ot it ill let u know what happens
