I about trailprotrailprotrailprotrailpro my pants when I herd the price for a carrier assembly for a 350X, and even the price for bearings and seals were $120.00. The carrier was $400.00. I am fed up with these Honda part prices for 3 wheelers and I'm done. I can get a new 2003 KFX 400 for 0 down ,and $30.00 a month for 12 months, then 9% interest for 3 years after that and $80.00 a month. The prices of the machine out the door will be about $5,500. As soon as I talk my parents into it I will probably be getting a new machine. So my X will be going, it has to go quick, check out the classifieds.

Try looking for parts on servicehonda.com and partsfish.com, they are oem parts that are a little cheaper than the dealership.

tj express has bearing kits cheap for the x.. they have an ad in the back of dirt wheels, and pick up the carrier used on ebay for around 50-70, or grab up an aftermarket... we all want new bikes.. but times are tough!

Honda prices are expensive but so are Chevy parts and the Kawasaki prices will be high on the new model parts as well. That is just the price you pay for factory original parts. That is why there are the aftermarket companys that make cheaper low quality parts and others that have the high dollar performance parts. To me it seems that $520.00 is a whole lot cheaper than $5500.00 over 3 years. Maybe you just want that new quad in the garage!!!!!

Well, jeez. You just haven't talked to the right person. Bearings will run $29 each. Right dust seal $7.91, left $6.05. Swing arm would be $277 or $242 (depends on part #), thats a bare swing arm though. Let me know if you want anything else looked up. Parts # help in that I know exactly what you want, but I can find it if not.

Well considering that cost price for Honda wheel bearing 91051-HA2-013 for a 1986 350x is $19.68, you must be turning quite a profit at $.32. The dealer would charge you $34.85. I only sell new OEM parts in the box.

I do want a new quad in the garage, and I'm sick of workign on a machine. It's more cost effective for me to not work o na machine, than constantly spend money on it. After that 3 wheeler is safe to ride, I'll have spent $1,000 or more because of all the running around I would have to do to get the parts it needs. I just don't have time or the will to do it right now. I want to ride bad too. I spend my time working on my cars/trucks because I simply cannot afford to finance a vehicle of any kind because of insurance rates. The old Dodge that I have parts are cheep for, and plentiful. I will be driving it soon. Jsut rebuilt the carb for 20 bucks.

Hell, I was going to go buy one with those payments, then I did the math. $30 x 12 months + $80 x 36 months is only $3240. When do you pay the other $2300?
