I picked up this seat cover on ebay - I'm sure you've seen them. They're on there alot. I did the buy it now option for $25.99. Not a bad deal. The black top is like a ribbed neoprene material and the green sides are vinyl or some kind of fake leather-like fabric. All in all, not bad. My foam was in good shape and installation was a piece of cake with a staple gun. The stitching and seams appear to be pretty good, so hopefully it'll hold up. FYI, just in case you're wondering or looking....
