Air cooled 250r project finished

Well with special thanks to howard for the help and redneck kid(Tyler) for the engine my 83 air cooled 250r is just about finished. I need to get the brakes tweeked in, new grips, got new sprockets and chain on the way and would like to get the 9" gold R wheels with some trakkers and she will be trail ready. We got her cranked once nicely and sounded pretty good. What cha think? I think this was the best birthday present I could get yesterday!!!

i see you had another cover for the motor. that R looks sweet! have you guys heard anything from the shipping company yet? it really looked like the box had been run into with a fork truck, i've done it beofre myself and thats exactly what it looked like. glad to see you got her all together, have fun with her.

Yeah 350xxx it looked exactly what you said, I am sure a crazy fork lift driver smacked it a good one. But lucky I had another side case to replace it. But its not a pretty. So UPS is going to pay for that! :x
