Just wanted to introduce myself a little
I now have an 86 200x that needs clutch work, an 85 200x that needs a rebuild, and alot of othe rparts including another 86 frame. I traded my 78 rm100 suzuki, for them. It needed sprockets and carb work.
I also have a yamaha 250, and 2 of them sweet little yamaha tri zingers.

Welcome 4x4. Good luck with the trikes. Doesn't sound like the '86 needs too much.

welcome., I'm sure you wont have any problem at all finding any parts you need, 200x parts are plentiful, and it sounds like you got a couple good foundations to start with

Dotn ahve any of the tikes yet.
Tore the side cover off of the 86 today, to fix the clutch. And didnt find anything wrong. I got to looking, and where the bolt that is behind the kickstart gear, that bolss the 2 pieces of the case together, was cracked.
I figured what was wrong must be in the tranny its self, and evedently busted the case. So I yanked the engine out, and tore it apart, I find the smallest gear on the shaft the clutch is on, layin in pieces in the bottom, one of the big gears on the kick start shaft, has a tooth missin, which is right inline with the crack, so I figure a chunk of the busted gear wedged in and cracked it, chiping a tooth off. there is also a tooth missing on the middle gear on (the one that is to gears together) on the shaft the clutch is on.
Sorry I dont know all the parts names yet. I might also be confusing which shaft each gears is on too... To be sure im speakin of the right ones... there is a big gear on each side of the kick start shaft... and a small one on each side the clutch is on... if that isnt right... then, change my decription so that im talkin bout the right ones..... LOL.. if im calling them the wrogn shafts.. let me know.. ....I aitn trike smart yet.

*Welcome*
So does your Vette have 4x4? I never saw one that does before. Does it have a V8 in there?
