Does anyone know where to buy any of that white popcorn foam stuff manufactuers put in boxes when they send you parts like Dennis Kirk does?
Does anyone sell it or can you just go somewhere and get it for free?
I had a box with some in it but I think my dad burned it cause I can't find it anywhere.

You can buy that stuff at a lot of places. I ship a lot of stuff and found it was too costly for me to buy it. I would need 1-2 big bags of it a week.
To cut cost I use shreaded newspaper instead. I have a Dollar Store shreader that cuts it into strips. My kids do the shreading for me ( They get paid for it ). They can shread a stuffed garbage bag of paper in no time at all. It works very well for me.

Thanks for the replies guys, I just packaged a package tonight and used wadded up newspapers to stuff in it.
Howdy, maybe I should start doing that, I know my parents have some old magazines somewhere they would let me shred up.

Shreaded mags will work, but not as good as Newspaper. The mag shreads normally weight 2-3 times as much as newspaper.
But before you shread any old magazine, search to see if they are worth anything On Ebay. You never know they may be worth something. ;)

when i pack, i use anything available at the moment, people who have bought from me know that (from crumpled dennis kirk mags, to newspaper, bubble wrap, stuffing "peanuts", anything i have at hand, i use, and so far nothing has been broken on shipment, and if i count up all the envelopes and things people have sent me (keep EVERYTHING for records) i have sent around 200 packages since last january, probably more.
-EDITED- I dont mean january 04 (as in last january), i meant, last last january if that makes sence, LOL, january 03'
