I noticed that the way the front tire is mounted is different. Am I going to have a problem mounting my 185s tire/rim/axle on the 200s forks?

Also, I noticed in the pictures of the 1983 200s VS. the pictures of the 1983 185s. The front wheel on the 185s is mounted BEHIND the forks and the 200s, it's mounted in FRONT. What would be better?

Same forks, just backwards.

The forks you got have the correct axle. the spacers with the new set versus old may not line up correctly though.

the 200 is like a 350x it has a leading axle and the 185 is like the 200x and 250r. i think the leading axle is better, some guy with an R on here changed his trailing axle to a leading. he said it gave him and exta inch or so of hight or something.

I got it all on today. Everything went smoothly. The only thing I have to do is rig my fender on there some how. The mounts for the fender are totally different. I have a plan in mind though. It was too late to go to the hardware store to get my 'rigging' essentials. I'll have it all wrapped up tommorrow morning though.
