Tri - Moto went down the day I got it ??

I bought a 84? Tri-Moto 200 in nice shape the other day cheap. The lower had a trailprotrailprotrailprotrailpro load of water in it that frooze. So I put it next to the wood stove, and dumped hot oil in it that I heated up one the wood stove ( dont try this at home kids ). Got it all free up after about 8 quarts. Took it around the feild and everything seemed fine, my buddy hoped on it and I took my X to the golf coarse to catch some air for an hour, still no probs. Went back changed the oil again (milk). We went back out made it 300 yards and it died, slowly like it lost spark. Went to pull it over no compression at all! I heard these are know for weak valve's ? At first I thought the cam chain busted, but you can pull it over as much as you want and its not like it catchs??????

Anyone know anything about these Yamy's give some input thanks.........

maybe the compression release stuck open, check that and you said something about milk, was that the oil? if water was in it, it could have cracked the valve
