Riding out of Oswego on Sat. We will prob hit the trails toward Central Square, might head to Clay. In a few weeks planning a Boonville ride.

Any 1 Interested in a Beautifull Central NY Trail ride? Can put in 100-150 miles in a day here. The North Shore Trail that goes from Fulton to Camden and then to the Tug Hill if you want to ride that far. Beautifull trails with many mini Sand Dunes and in the Fall the Colors and the woods are Beautifull. Plenty of places to stop and gas up and eat good food. Any one interested in putting in 100-150 miles in a day?

Hey MEATbox.
How do you get across 81 in Central Square. I was up there last Monday. I blew up the new Prairie700 just as I crossed rt12 just east of Penniville. Anyways we kept going after the shop picked up the 700, we got to 81 and was not sure which way from there.
Do you know how to get to the Main powerlines from the power plants in Oswego? There are some cool sandpits and gravel beds up here. I ride from about where rt29 and rt104 cross. Let me know if you know where I am talking about.

Sounds good to me too. I should have one of my tirkes working within the next 2 or 3 weeks. I would love to do some trail riding that isn't partoled by forest rangers ready to give out tickets :mad: . Right now I am limmited to about 10 acres of private land.

Don't forget my offers to ride here on the farm in Dansville.... About 45 minutes South of Rochester, an hour and change from Buffalo and Corning.... 2 from Syracuse....

When you get to Rt. 81 going East, you should just cross Rt 81 and the Rail Bed Should be right there. There is a stram that goes under Rt 81 there. The trail edges onto the North side of the stream due to New fence that they practiacally put into the stram. It's probably cut like usual for Snowmobiles and ATV's. That will give you an easy 100 mile round trip from Rt 81 and back. There is a Parking Area in Central Square a few miles east of Rt 81 on the Rigt hand side of Rt 49 accross from the Gas Station thats after the diner. Tons of space to trailer in mad amounts of wheelers. From there go East and enjoy. The Sand Dunes up in Oswego are really cool and fun along with the Power line trails. There are several Dunes along the Trails East of Rt 81, they are usually small and Deep Bermed due to many years of racing on them. Tons of ponds, Big woods, and views of Oneida lake. Allso if you are interested im sure you can camp overnight. I know a few killer spots on some nice ponds.It seems we have allmost enough interest to "Do a CNY Trail Riding Weekend Event" . Bring your fastest wheelers for some Sand Drags.
Of course the Tecate Project Is totally done but it needs Crank seals. If i'm going to crack the lower end then I will do it all and the Powdercoat and Polishing so I dont see it getting dont untill the Fall. Waaaaaaaaa
But then it will be 100% REBUILT, Restored and Brand New Woo Hoo
I got a truck I guess I can be the "Support Vehical" all though I'd rather be rippin it up with all of you.

yea, we should definitely all try to get together and run that course some weekend in the summer. if you guys want to, maybe we could start planning. also, there is a yahoo group for WNY trike riders. Its been kinda dead lately, but im sure that there are some guys on it that would also want ot get together. http://autos.groups.yahoo.com/group/wny3wheelernuts/

i'd prolly be up for some riding during the summer, im WAY UP in gouverneur, NY, 2 hours above syracuse, 4 hours above albany,, and about half an hour from watertown., , most you guys are from "upstate ny" but still a couple hours away,, im way up in this damn state., just let me know some estimated dates and some places so i can see whats going on.
