He is a good seller for me, but we live in the same state, so I got my parts really quick. I havent seen him around in a while either. I bet it was sent out late, being overseas and all.

im waiting for 5 weeks now and the shipper was US postal..... last time it needed 3 weeks and most other parts from different shippers needed under 3 weeks.
And it was a 4 weeks shipping.... I mean i dont blame him but i cant track the Parcel myself....

US Postal Service gives an estimated delivery time of 4-6 weeks for economy deliveries from US to Germany. It might be worth the extra money, usually around $10 to go with Airmail delivery (4-10 days).

Insurance is another way to help out here. Not that long ago I had a guy from France buy a bunch of my Ebay items ( $300 worth of parts ). I had never shipped anything to France before. Just to be safe I added insurance on the package. It was sent Airmail ( $146 ) and after 12 days he said he hadn't gotten the package yet. a few more days went by and nothing.
I contacted the post office and explained what I knew. They tried tracking the insurance tag and got nothing. To prove to the guy I had sent the item I scanned the insurance paper and emailed it to him. He did a quick little search on a web site there and located the package being held up in customs. After about 2 weeks of him bugging this place they released the package and he got it.
What did I learn? Insurance is not just for damaged goods. The number on the reciept can be used for tracking also. Even if you only insure it for $50 it is worth having the number.

Hi peter again
US postal can take 12 weeks ....i always try to get airmail(usps).....this never takes more than 2weeks...by the way the tracking numbers never work.....customs also had one of my packages for 3 weeks and they did'nt even open it .....i checked with the sender
so it could be anywhere!!!! try and wait a few more weeks
thanks pete
