Motorcycle dirt drags Three rivers MI

Anyone goint to the dirt drags in Three Rivers Mi may 23rd? I guess its run what ya brung but I have never been there. Suposed to be a 300 foot drag race, winner takes home the cash. I will be entering my 87r, lowered front and back, geared for low end power and taking a verity of rear tires for different ground conditions. I don't expect to win being my first time but I do plan to have fun. Hope to see some trikes there.

i was there sevral years ago ,,,, i had a ball watching stock motorcycles trying to do the dirt drag thing.

so how did you do ???

We never made it down there, it really bites to, I spent all day saturday getting my trx ready for it. I woke up to thunderstorms and went to the tv to check the weather channel and saw there were some good storms headed that way. There were 8 to 10 of us that were going to head down there but most decided not to go due to weather. We do plan to atend the rest of the events, weather permitting but now I have to spend another day getting the trx ready for silver lake, maybe I will just leave it the way it is and just run sand drags and take the trike along for overall riding. Next event is june 6th so thats probably what I will do.

we got a heck of a storm friday ,,, about noon. i really dought that they had or still have power up there.
