Do anybody try to drag on the quarter mile with his trike. What was your best time? I'm just curious of know that.

quartermile is pretty far... Most sanctioned ATV/ATC drags are 300 feet/100 yards. The length of a football field.

9 years later I finally made a trip to the drag strip with my 3-wheeler. Last Sunday I went to a test and tune day at the Napierville Dragway to race my 1984 YTM-225DX. My YTM has a pod filter and a DG exhaust. Also I installed my AMS Zipper tire inflated to 10 PSI to try to get the highest top speed. I made 7-8 pass, sometimes racing against car, sometimes on my own. I included a copy of the paper of my best pass.
I did 21.748 e.t. at 55.04 mph. The only way I got a chance to win was in the first 60 feet. I had a times similar to a 16 seconds car. I wish someday I will be able to go racing with something like a 250R or a Tri-Z.

There is a member here, think his name in bannedbrap or something like that. He hasnt posted in quite some time.

But anyhow, he set up his 431 Puma powered 250r trike for 1/4 mile asphalt. He broke 100mph if I recall and posted video of his races to prove it.

Then the track stopped allowing him to race because???..... Jeopardy music.... They stopped allowing ATV's with less than 4 wheels to run the track.

Where I went they had no problem with 3 wheeler. The owner was very friendly with me and did not say a word because I probably was the slowest racer on the track. There was a couple of young men working for the track, they had scooter and I wanted to race them but it didn't worked out.

I've found the thread aboute bannedbrapp you were speaking of:
