Yeh they are not a bad bike. I think they are the best quad made (cosmetically wise) because all the new quads have ALOT of plastic on them, big ass fenders etc etc...dont even get me started on those bombardiers arggghhh ill kill em all! How does that bigred 300 go up against a 250es? Or have you never raced one? Id tip the 250es but ya never know..

It's about the same speed i would just berly pass the bigred then he would just berly pass me and so on.

Both me and the guy on the 250es blowed the 4wd drive model right away though

Count me in, I have the 2x4 and the 4x4 model...Been riding them rough for about a year now, they never miss a beat.

i'd say the wrost thing that has gone wrong with mine is the tanks paint got rubed and now i only got a sticker on one side...There really reliable

Honda 300 4x4's are probably the most bullit proof ATV's in the world. My one riding buddy has had one for over 12 years, bought new, never had a single problem that I can remember and it has pulled us "sport" guys out of the muck more times than I can remember.

I agree 100% They are a tough machine. In fact, I heard they quit making the 300's (both 2 and 4 wheel drive) because Honda couldn't sell enough parts for them but I dunno if thats true or not. I had one and man I could NOT break that thing even if I tried.

They are the spitting image of a 250es reliability wise. They kinda look alike also minus the forks :D Things were built tough back in the 70's and 80's. I dare say things arent as reliable anymore.

here is mine . they go Great very nice 4x4. it is a 1993 4x4 model
it has a 2 inch lift in the front and 1 1/2 in the rear. :cool:
