Bought an '82 250R from original owner...

Bought a 1982 250R from the original owner. Damn the pink slip from '82 is weird looking! Old man had it...been sitting for a while. He road it a few times a year and then let it sit and it lost compression. I have some questions I'll be asking about that. I cleaned it up a little (it was dirty from sitting and needed some clean up. Still has the original tool kit under the seat and everything, with all tools in tact. I am having the seat redone as it had seen better days.

Not the 85 or 86 I wanted, but it will do or now...especially for the couple hundered bucks that I paid for it :p

Whoa, that's a great find. Buying off the original owner is always great. Not too many back-yard wrenchers been at it over the years. That can be tough on any vehicle.

It looks in great condition. For that price you could keep it and still look for a later model R without selling the 82. How cool is that?
